Located in the heart of Pembroke Pines, our academy offers world class instruction in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, self-defense, and fitness. We offer kids jiu jitsu classes for ages 5 and up, Jiu-jitsu classes for adult beginners and advanced, as well as women only programs.
 
Our instructors are all certified for jiu-jitsu and self-defense instruction,  additionally certified in first aid/CPR, and extensively background checked.
